1. Introduction
Welcome to Reliable Sathi, operated by Reliable Telecom.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Reliable Sathi mobile application, website, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using Reliable Sathi, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any Additional Terms provided during purchase or feature use.
If you do not agree, please stop using Reliable Sathi.

2. Automatic Subscription Renewal
If you subscribe to any paid features, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel.
You will be charged at the then-current rate.
Removing or deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

3. Arbitration Agreement (India-Focused + International Option)
Except where prohibited by law, you agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under Indian law (Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996).
You may choose not to participate in arbitration by sending a written opt-out email to:

You waive:
Right to participate in class actions
Right to a jury trial (where applicable)
However, you may still file:
Individual complaints under applicable consumer laws
Claims with local authorities (EU/EEA residents – see local rights)
Small claims actions where permitted

4. Account Registration
To create an account on Reliable Sathi, you must:
Be 28 years or older
Have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract
Not be prohibited from using online services under your local laws
Have not been previously banned from our platform
You may register manually or via Google/Apple sign-in.
We may request age or identity verification when required.
You may delete your account at any time under Settings → Delete Account.

5. Account Suspension & Termination
Reliable Telecom may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
You engage in harmful or inappropriate conduct
You engage in fraud or abuse
You misuse the platform
Required by law or safety concerns
No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.
EU/EEA and UK users receive additional rights under applicable digital service regulations.

6. Eligibility & User Responsibilities
By using Reliable Sathi, you confirm that:
You are at least 28 years
You are not a registered sex offender under any jurisdiction
You have not been convicted of serious violent or sexual crimes
You do not have more than one account
You have not been banned before without written permission to return
You agree NOT to:
Harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, or harm users
Misrepresent your age or identity
Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content
Upload nudity, pornography, sexual content, or violent content
Request money, gifts, loans, or compensation
Share another person’s private info
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
Spread malware, spam, or misleading information
Reverse engineer or copy the Platform
Create new accounts after suspension
Participate in fraud, scams, or commercial activities
Use the app for political influence or fundraising
Any violation automatically revokes your license to use Reliable Sathi.

7. Mental Health & Emergency Disclaimer
Reliable Sathi provides emotional support, listening, and companionship, not clinical therapy or medical advice.
Reliable Sathi does not provide:
Emergency services
Crisis intervention
Suicide prevention
Psychiatric or medical treatment
If you are experiencing an emergency, call your local emergency number or helpline immediately.
Reliable Telecom is not liable for outcomes resulting from misuse of the Services.

8. User Content Rules
You are responsible for everything you share on Reliable Sathi.
You may NOT upload:
Offensive, explicit, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content
Scams, commercial offers, or promotional material
Content encouraging self-harm or illegal activities
Content involving minors
Another person’s photo without permission
Misleading, defamatory, or false content
Malware, viruses, or harmful code
Uploading restricted content can lead to immediate termination.
License Granted to Reliable Sathi
By uploading content, you grant Reliable Telecom a worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Use
Display
Edit
Modify
Distribute
Create derivative works
This license is used only to operate and improve the platform.
You are responsible for keeping backups of your content.

9. Payment Terms
Reliable Sathi may offer digital products, subscriptions, or virtual items.
You agree that:
Purchases are processed via Apple, Google, or our payment partners
Subscriptions renew automatically
You must cancel from Apple/Google if you purchased there
Uninstalling does not cancel your subscription
Refunds follow the rules of Apple/Google where applicable
Refunds (Reliable Sathi Direct Purchases)
All purchases are generally non-refundable.

10. Virtual Items
Reliable Sathi may offer virtual coins or features (“Virtual Items”).
Virtual Items are licenses, not real money
They cannot be sold, transferred, or converted to money
They may expire if your account expires
All Virtual Item purchases are final and non-refundable

11. No Background Checks
Reliable Sathi does not conduct criminal background checks by default.
You should always use caution when interacting with strangers online or offline.
Reliable Telecom is not responsible for user behavior.

12. Safety & Reporting
If you encounter harmful behavior:

We may share information with authorities when required for safety.

13. Privacy
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on:
Using Reliable Sathi means you consent to data handling described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Intellectual Property

Logos
Graphics
Code
Software
Designs
Databases
Algorithms
belong to Reliable Telecom.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute them.

15. Dispute Resolution — Option-C Implementation
A. Informal Resolution

Unresolved disputes will be handled under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Reliable Telecom is not liable for:
Loss of data
Emotional distress
Misconduct by users
Damages from interactions
Loss of profits
Harm caused by viruses or attacks
Service interruptions
Maximum liability:
8,000 INR or amount paid in the last 12 months (whichever is higher)

19. Third-Party Content & Ads
Reliable Sathi may display third-party content or ads.
We are not responsible for third-party products, accuracy, or safety.

20. Account Deletion
You may delete your account anytime inside the app.
Subscriptions must be canceled via Apple/Google if purchased there.

21. Changes to Terms
Reliable Telecom may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service means you accept updated Terms.
